cushions impact and controls lateral motion while remaining
responsive.
Tap Control™– Large buttons provide satisfying tactile response
and audible click. Beginners and experts alike easily get on and
go with this intuitive control. Users know the machine has
received input, even when using headphones for entertainment.
Biofeedback center with SmartRate®–A dedicated area reports
on calories burned and heart rate. Users enter their age, and
SmartRate shows actual heart rate in relation to their target zone
for weight loss and cardio training. Users may wear chest strap
or grip the touch heart rate monitors.
Options menu offers greater choice–The options button allows
users to customize their workouts by viewing additional metrics,
entering weight and age, or selecting the goal they work toward.
Users may also choose display language and measurements in
meters or miles.
Direct access to 23 programs–Six buttons are the gateway to 23
preset programs, including six fitness tests.* Users can select or
change to a new program at any time during their workout.
Versatile 10-key pad–Users may employ the 10-key pad to
enter data or select channels for integrated Cardio Theater
components.
